Luxottica, a global eye retailer needed help understanding how
they could redefine the retail experience in their core stores. Our objective was to integrate product, brand, content, service, and digital technologies to create a compelling customer experience. We worked with Luxottica to capture the spirit of the brand and change the way people shop for eyewear with a complete retail and service strategy called The In.Sight Center. We helped Luxottica transform buying eyewear into a relationship-driven, consultation-based experience
that lets consumers look and see their best.
